I want to size a small noise enclosure to house a side channel booster. I'm looking for information on how to select the wall thickness and composition (eg perforated steel plate + insulation + steel plate).

Where can I find reference material (internet, books, software) and technical data on the components (absorption per octave band for various materials, ...)?
