Jan 5, 2003 #3 busbar Electrical Apr 12, 2001 2,644 Long shot — Sponge rubber may isolate the transformer from coupling to its resting surface. There may be {loose} screws sandwiching laminations. [These fixed my trusty ZW274.] Upvote 0 Downvote
