Nomograph for effective lengths of columns

Why is there only 1 monograph in the Steel Manual? The one that is in the manual is for sidesway inhibited (shear walls, bracing.) Where is the monograph for sidesway uninhibited (for moment connections) to find K between 1 and 2? Did I miss something here?

What manual are you referring to? In the 1989 ASD manual it's on page 3-5. In the 2001 LRFD manual it's page 16.1-192. For the 2005 manual, see page 16.1-242.
 
Sorry, I should have said that I was referring to the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction, Handbook of Steel Construction Eighth Edition. I also checked the previous editions and I could not find it, that or I am blind.
 
Thank you for the response Taro, it must have taken a fair bit of your time to refer me to where I can find the graph in three different manuals.
