Non-linear dynamics solidworks simulation error

Hi,

While performing non-linear dynamics simulation on Solidworks, I got error as shown in the attached image.

What could this mean? and how to resolve it?

 

[FEA way]

Start by locating the area with this too large plastic strain. Try refining the mesh in this region. Make sure that the applied load is not unrealistically high. As a last resort, you can adjust the solver settings (tolerances).
