Hello,
I'm currently looking for a non-return valve to be used as a security on a truck air line.
Air line specs:
inner Ø4mm, max air pressure = 12bars, max flow = 30l/min.
The valve must allow any air flow and retain any back flow.
This back flow may contain urea (Adblue).
I've followed the lead of automotive fuel/vapor lines but I haven't found anything regarding check valves.
The best would be to implement this check valve in a fitting meeting the SAE J2044 standards. Does somebody know these kinds of products?
Help would be very much appreciated.
Thanks. :)

In Canada some trucks used to have a check valve between the wet tank and the dry tank.
Some models had a check valve between the compressor and the wet tank.
Some vehicles had a separate reserve tank to release the Maxis that was fed through a check valve.
Check valves for truck braking system were made and used. Try the local parts supplier who speciallizes in brake parts.
Depending on the requirements you may be able to use a water check valve. This would be unacceptable in many situations but may be acceptable in other situations.

Most any truck air brake check valve should work. Here is one source:
