Hi guys,
I am having headache on an autoclave. The equipment is giving non saturated steam error. The temperature is monitored by two temperature sensors (Parallel), and usually the difference between the two sensor causes the problem. But now after calibration, the temperature are same. So still the same error.

You either have air in the steam that is causing the pressure to be higher than it should be with saturated steam, or you have superheated steam where the temperature is higher than it should be. My guess is that it is telling you to vent the air out of the autoclave.
