Nonlinear Static Analysis of Bridge

Hi, I did a nonlinear static analysis (Pushover) of bridge using Csibridge but I see that the pushover curve still linear (no representatif) so what can I virify?
I use a analysis with Accel as a load case and I define hinge proprety after define it from section designer.

Did you apply deformation or loads?

What is the element you used? It must be frame element else you cannot assign hinge property. Ensure you have defined your material NL and set the solver to NL.
