Folks, as I understand, the ICC publishes the Building Safety Journal. I'm looking for an old article that pertains to ASCE 7:

I searched all over the web but could not find a copy of it. Does anyone know where I could get a copy?

Folks, I found it. It was a scavenger hunt. National Emergency Training Center (NETC) showed it available in their online library. When I called NETC, they told me to call my local library and have them request it from NETC through the inter-library loan program. I called my local library. It turns out that my local library successfully dug it up in our Ohio sharing system without having to contact NETC. So that was wonderful and I now have a PDF of it!
