My friends who went to the CTY camp at Johns Hopkins described it as "Nerd Camp". (I never got to go; I spent my summers visiting grandparents in another country. I feel like I'm missing some kind of nerd credential.)

I guess Materials Camp is like Space Camp, but, well, not anywhere near as cool, and no one ever made a movie about it.
