Nozzle design for FRP tanks 1

For steel vessel we refer to WRC107, but there is nothing for FRP tanks.
I need to define allowable loads ( forces and moment ) acting on a nozzle.
I will appreciate any suggestion and help.

Thanks to all for helps, but codes give general rules, nothing like WRC107.
I believe to define allowable loads I shall perform a finite element analysis.
