Hello I am designing a pressure vessel on saddle supports with nozzle at shell and heads. The nozzle is located at knucle region of the torispherical head. I´ve calculated the nozzle geometry and it don´t need a reinforcement but my question is: Is there a section on the code that suggests nozzle reinforcement when it is located at knuckle region of the head ?

Richard1977,
The knuckle region of a vessel is highly stressed and placing a nozzle in that region is not recommended. In fact PD5500 does not allow a nozzle to be placed within the knuckle region and specifies a distance within which a nozzle is not allowed.

DSB123 is correct. The knuckle is the weakest part of the head

A nozzle in the knuckle is a bad idea -- this is banned by PD5500 but, to the best of my knowledge, ASME is silent.
about this.

This has been discussed before

and studied elsewhere..

You might be able to justify your configuration with FEA

Hello. In PN-EN 13445-3 in section "7.7 Nozzles which encroach into the knuckle region" are informations aobut weakened in knuckle region. But rules are recommendet for Kloepper and Korbbogen ends.
