Is this a reasonable NPSH graph i.e. the efficiency values?

A little cheesy, but it gets the point across.

The NPSHr is low and the efficiency is not very good. But, I don't see any thing particularly strange about the curves. Can you be more specific about your concerns?

Not sure of your question, NPSH and efficiencies are separate functions and independent of each other.

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)

The efficiency doesn't look odd for low flow centrifugals.

Actually, I thought the efficiency was a bit optimistic for such a small pump.
