Hi everyone
I am from India working as a project engineer in a chemical company where we are going to install two air compressor make is atlas copco oil free rotary screw compressor the capacity of one is 51 m3/hr and other 33 m3/hr so as a project engineer I will have to introduce piping for the plant process and I have doubt in installing NRV for air compressor outlet for both. I have just 3 years of experience in project engineering so I don't have depth knowledge of what kind of NRV will be suitable for air compressor application. If you have any guidance or experience in this please share me your knowledge. It will be really helpful for my work. Finally the air compressor outlet size is 5" (125NB) so I need 5" (125NB) for both and it will be located horizontally.
Thanks before all of your upcoming comments.

Why the doubts?

First thing I would do is go up to 6" diam. 5" is a listed size, but not often used so valve may well be harder to get and more expensive.

Some sort of soft close NRV is probably best, maybe an axial valve or globe type to avoid the valve slamming shut if one compressor stops for what ever reason very suddenly.

Depends on how they start and stop, but if it's quite smooth then a standard wafer check or swing type might be good enough.

Remember - More details = better answers
Also: If you get a response it's polite to respond to it.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and I will go for wafer type NRV after air compressor outlet.
