Number of Modes

Hi

I have performed a modal analysis on a structure and specified the frequency range as being between 0-40 Hz. After solving, I know that there are 7 modes within that range. I would like to *Get the number of modes in this range and use this number later on, but can't find a way of *Getting it!

Any ideas?
