NX 5 information window 1

has anyone had the problem where their information window just disappeared? I'm not using dual monitors and I've notice it disappeared before once when I didn't change my settings back to single monitor and moved the information back to the main monitor. This time, I've been using a single monitor for months and recently the info text box will click as if it's open but I can't find the window. Any ever experience this?

delete your user.mtx in your usersprofile

Before you delete anything, try using the 'reset window position' option in the Preferences.
