Does anyone know if NX has a loft command? A loft command is similar to a sweep, but without having to draw a path/guideline for the sweep to follow. For example, you can draw a square on one X-Y plane and then a circle 20 in away on another X-Y plane, and using a loft command, you can extrude the square to the circle, creating a unique shape. I am using NX 7.5 btw.

You mean something like the attached, using Surface Thru Curves.

There is NO "guess so", 'Surface thru Curves' IS the function that you're looking for, as demonstrated in the attached model.

John,

My appologies. The reason for my response was due to the fact that the attached model was hollow, when I should have stated that the part must be a solid piece. Thank you for your help, I will use the 'Surface thru Curves' function as you suggested!

Edit the feature, expand the "settings" section of the dialog (if necessary), and change the "body type" from sheet to solid, press OK. You now have a solid.
