Changed to the tolerance of the wrap curve to 0.01 and it works.

It works!Thanks!

But I'm still curious about the principle behind it, could tell me more?

Thank you.

Does "distance tolerance" mean the tolerance for distance between wrap curve and surface? why it cause the divide face to fail if the tolerance is large, because it works just fine in other situations.

Really want to know, thank you!

Turn ON "Extend dividing object to meet Face Edge" ( In the divide face dialog) and there is no issue. No need for tolerance change.

The Wrap curve overlaps / passes by the "right" edge 0.006810459 mm of the solid. ( This is well within the tolerance of the wrap curve feature )
It might be because of this you need the "extend" option.
Note that you need to measure between the endpoint of the wrap curve to the edge to see the overlap.- The distance between the wrapped curve and the edge is 0.0

Hi,
It works fine in NX10 (with default settings)and not in NX9.0.3.
I ran a quick gauge analysis btw the wrapped curves and the face you intend to divide. Results are attached. To me it does not seem to be a distance tolerance issue (max gap is around .0018).
Best Regards
