NX 8 Initialization Error for Mac Student Version

Hi, I got the student version of NX8 and I am getting this error when I launch it:

NX Initialization Error

NX License Error: Invalid host. The hostid of this system does not match the hostid specified in the license file. [ -9 ]

I checked the hostid that I sent to Siemens and it matched the hostid in the license file and the hostid that I am using.

I would really appreciate if anyone has any help with this or if you can point me to somewhere that might have the answers.

Do you have multiple NIC cards in your computer? While you think you are seeing one, the license software may actually be seeing the other. We had this issue with some laptops at one time.
