Hey guys, new to the forum and CAD so I'm looking for some simple help. I'm not a CAD guy by trade, just trying to help out because we are swamped with new work, which is a good thing I guess.

I've attached a parasolid of the problem area that I'm having. In the model we have several ribs coming together at the same location, but due to multiple profiles on the parts the edges don't line up perfectly and we have some small "sliver" surfaces. I'm trying to eliminate these small surfaces so I can put radii on the bottom side of the part where all of the ribs join together.

A simple radius in the corner just doesn't work. I've tried playing around with the face blend command but it's not working out too well for me. Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you, this is perfect. I guess I was over analyzing it. The way you solved it was simple, I think I just need to change the order of some of the blends to match what you've done.

I find that blending is oftentimes a lot more difficult than you would expect. Changing the order of the blends can make all the difference in the world. Also, don't be surprised if you have to fight with it if you make changes earlier in the tree.
