NX Constantly Crashing

Hey Guys,

I've been having an issue that's preventing me from accomplishing anything in NX today. I have a simple sketch of a flex circuit that I'm trying to edit. After making a few adjustments to the sketch (trim, dimension, etc), NX crashes and becomes unresponsive. I've worked with much more complicated sketches before with no problem. Any idea on how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Dmitriy

Don't know if this will help, but I have had the problem of UG locking up when moving a tool bar. I have found a way to unlock it though.

I pull up Windows Task Manager, and it shows UG as unresponsive, I tell it to end program, BUT, instead of telling it to end task, I tell it to cancel. UG snaps out of it, I tell it to cancel trying to close the file and it works fine after that.

Not sure why it works but it has worked for me several times. I'm in NX7.5, if that makes a difference.

These are sorts of things you should contact GTAC about, however I suspect it could be a hardware configuration issue, perhaps the graphics card and driver, or something else like this.

@Twulff, NX locking up when you move a toolbar is because of Internet Explorer 9 and is a known problem that's been fixed in NX7.5.4 or above.
Otherwise, remove IE9.

As for dimsh2000's problem, as John said, report it to GTAC.
