NX stop working when we loose internet.

How are your NX users connecting to the license server? If they are working remotely and connecting via VPN, then losing the internet connection will be a problem.

NX will do a "Handshake" with the license server in "some regular intervals". The handshakes are called heartbeats.
The time between these heartbeats is not published to make hacking more difficult.
I.e NX : "ok continue using license x ?"
License server : "yes."
If these heartbeats aren't responded, NX will stop working after a few lost heartbeats. ( maybe 5-10 minutes)
if the network traffic is lost but later reconnected, NX will/should reconnect to the license without issues.
