NX Very Slow if WIFI is On

Hi, I am currently using a borrowed license from server in my laptop.
The problem is that if my internet connection is on, NX is just very, very, very slow. Like it tries to reach the server.... If I turn the wifi off, it will immediately start working fast

Does anybody knows any workaround this problem? Because I need internet to work and I can't work (due to the slow dialogs, commands, etc). if I have my internet on...

What version of NX? The newer ones will automatically check for updates (and possibly install them, depending on your settings). Turning off this option may help.

NX12, I think the updates are only available after NX13 :\

It helps if you are connected to your modem with an ethernet cable instead of wireless.

But I am not near the server, it is not supposed to communicate?

I am at home, the server is in the office. I borrowed the license so that I can use it outside of office. If i am connected to the server (either ethernet or wireless) it works fast
