NX window freezing quite often 2

Hi,

Does anyone know why the NX window freezes ? I checked the task manager, no other processes were running , but NX process was not responding. Using NX1899. Cleaned up %temp% folder and C:\Temp folders. Anything else I need to check?

Is the graphics driver software up-to-date?

Another vote for investigating your graphics driver.

Don't just update to the latest driver available, I have had experience with that not working.

Call GTAC, they have a list of what driver works with your hardware.

In the tab "Certification Matrix" you will find the links to the correct drivers.
