NX10/NX12 Drafting Hole Callout Cannot Select Hole

I have seen a couple of posts about not being able to select holes with the Radial Dimension > Hole Callout feature that I wasn't able to reply to, so here is what I have learned about that:

Things to check if a hole is not selectable:

[li]Is the component Fully Loaded?

Not Fully Loaded: Right click the component in the Assembly Navigator and select Open > Component Fully​

[li]Does that hole feature have a Caution icon on the check box in the Part Navigator?

If so, reattach the sketch in the hole feature to new faces/points in the work piece.​

The only time this hasn't worked for me is when holes intersect other holes of the same type, then the Hole Callout tool will try to select the wrong hole

Thanks for the good tips.
The component not being fully loaded has caused me tons of frustrations.
