Dear All,

I've been looking about this issue without success.

I have the same part (.prt) file

Is there any way of, while keeping the part file name, give a different "name" inside the assembly?

For example, I have a part file 015.prt but inside the assembly it appears several times and I'd like it to appear with different names (015_01; 015_02; 015_03; etc..).

Thank you.

Yes.
In the assembly navigator, with a right click on the component, you can go to the properties menu.
In there is a tab where the component name is mentioned (by default the partname when added to the assembly). There you can change the name of the component.
