NX11 - Journal Question

I have a drafting sheet with a lot of stuff on it. In the top left corner, I need to delete anything within a specific area and then import a part file that will place something in its place. The importing doesnt seem like it would be a problem as I have other journals that import prt files. I just cant figure out how to delete all objects in a specific area of a drafting sheet.

When I record a journal and drag a rectangle window around the area and delete, the journal records each specific object being deleted. This doesnt help because the next file I need to delete the same things but the objects have different names.

Can someone please help with this?

Hi,

In case of selecting specific object, recording a journal is only the solution to start an NXOPEN programm.
So you need to change the lines corresponding of the selection.

Im not sure if I am misunderstanding you or you misunderstanding me. I dont want a journal that selects specific objects. I want one that will select all objects in a specific area of the drafting sheet.
