NX11 - Pallettes for Native & TCAE

Currently, we have two separate pax files. One for Team Center and one for Native. Once you load them, they both load to NX so no matter which version you are in, you have both.

1) Is it possible to make one pax file that works in both?

2) If the answer to question 1 is "no", then I would ask if it is possible to make only the TCAE pax file show up in TCAE NX11 and only the native pax file show up in Native NX11?
