NX13 or NX1847 shortcut toolbar behavior

I just switched to NX13. Before I used NX12.
When i'm assemling/moddeleing or sketching I get the feeling that the shortcut toolbar behaves differently.
For instance when in nx12 I selected a line the shorcut toolbar was displayed. When I do this in NX13 it looks like I have to use the RMB....(this is not always the same )

It's not really clear to me, sometimes I don't have to use the RMB. Can anybody confirm this behavior?

I'm not using it for production yet, but I don't notice any difference. I've had the EAP version and now the 1847 2400 build release.

I have to wait for some of my other softwares to be able to open NX 1847 files directly before I can switch for production use

when I select in the sketch two lines with the quickpick in NX12 the shortcut menu is directly displayed. In NX13 it first takes a RMB

I'd check some preferences and the like to see if that's something new that's been turned on. Siemens is slowly becoming notorious for two things, IMO - turning on new settings which you may not want turned on and requiring more mouse clicks to do the same task that used to take fewer clicks.

Also, for some odd reason Siemens employees are being very quiet lately on their boards.

I read in the Release notes that there is a new gesture called UGUI_MOUSE_SHAKE.
- I do not have the 1847 installed,
can somebody explain how and what this does ?
