NX1888: What might cause NX to consume 98% of memory

Hi,

Iam in a part which has 5 bodies in it. But when I check the ugnx.exe process in task manager, it is running at 98% of memory utilization. Is there any reason why it might be doing it? Iam not performing any command when Iam looking at the task manager .

How much total memory is installed? Are we talking about 98% of 2GB or 98% of 64GB?

How large is the partfile ? 300 Kb or 3 Gb ?
The NX process is "ugraf.exe", not "ugnx.exe".

Yes 98% of 64GB

The file is around 100mb. and yes its ugraf.exe.

I have not seen this happen before .. Its not a complex part too..

Have you looked at the NX logfile ?
Quite often one can get an impression of what's happening.

HI Toost,

I think this might be because we are using wifi connection and not ethernet. Also I updated the graphics driver . combination of both seems to have improved the performance for now.
