nx3 plot?

I need help on how exactly I have to do plot in NX3.
I have never dealed with plot because my drawings have never needed accuracy. So I used file/print. Till now.

Now I changed the company I'm working for and I need the capabilities of file/plot. I added new printer through file/utilities/printer administration but I still cannot plot. Is there someone who can help? May be I've got to do something specific that I don't know.

I would appreciate any advice.

NX3 plotting has been completely overhauled. I would suggest calling GTAC to get help, as many people are having issues with the new plotting.

You should also have some plotter setup documentation that came with the NX3 CDs, which many veteran users strongly suggest using when setting up the plotting for NX3.

thank you for the suggestions you made.

One thing for the HELP files:
The documentation for NX3 Plot is not as detailed
as for the other NX3 functions where you can read
and do it by yourself.

I even read the SDI documentation.
Of course there's 1% chance that I miss one word
and my setup goes wrong. That's why I'm here.

I'd still suggest calling GTAC, as they should be able to help you out rather quickly.

I'd also recommend the UGS bbsnotes webpage if you're not getting a fast enough response here. Sorry I don't have any suggestions but I am not running NX3 at the moment.
