NX3 Slow Loading

I am having a problem with NX3. I have a 40Mb file that loads in 30 seconds consistantly until I put on the first patch which raises the load time to 2 minutes.

Patch 3.0.5.3

Any ideas???

I have 2 other similar machines running 3.0.5.3 just fine.
