nx4 bad surface finish (help)

I am having problems with nx4 cavity mill and z level profile they are leaving a poor finish. I have started a ir with ug they said it is a known problem with no work around.I think this is uacceptable for them to tell me to wait for nx5 that will not be out till March. Does anyone else having this problem and figured out a work around?
