NX4 - Ugraf.exe - Entry Point Not Found

When I start with NX4, the warning appears:
Ugraf.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point VDAC_ask_compliance could not be located in the dynamic link library libvdac.dll

When I finish with NX4, the error appears:
Faild to laad image - see log file for details
File name: C:\Program Files\UGS\NX 4.0\UGIMW\application\iwi_ufint.dll
Function name: ufusr

I'd call GTAC, if at all possible about this one. If that's not an option, try re-installing NX4.

First I tried to re-install NX4, but no changes, the problem still exist. Than I uninstall NX4, uninstall NX2 that I actual use it. Than I clean the registry and install NX2 once again, which work correctly as before and than install NX4 once again, but this was not mend
matters - no improvement.

Could anyone help me please!
