NX 5.0.5 Advanced Simulation
If one is generating an animation, say, of a transient simulation (option: Animate-Iterations), and you Stop the generation of the animation before it is done, NX will pop up a window informing you that the operation has been aborted as requested, then dump you out to the simulation window, but without geometry visible. Entering the FEM file doesn't make the geometry visible. What seems to work is to enter the part file and enter Modeling, then go back to the Sim file. But this is probably not the most desired behavior - after all, the intent to Stop generating an animation is probably to get back to work, or fix something...
