(NX5) is there something unique about the expressions variable "r"?

I am playing around with Expressions to create function-controlled curves. I noticed when I define a variable "r" (to stand for "radius") and open the spreadsheet editor, it places an underline in front of it, like this: "_r". this doesn't seem to happen with other letters. Is "r" a reserved variable or something?

I can only test this back to NX 1 (and it behaves there just like it does in the latest version of NX 6), but since we've supported accessing the spreadsheet from the expression system since at least Unigraphics V 16.0, I suspect that it has always worked this way. Now I can't find any obvious issues, like some spreadsheet function with that name. I even opened Excel by itself and I have no problem using something like an 'r' in a cell, where as, if launched from the expression system any expression starting with the letter 'r' (upper of lower case) will end up in the spreadsheet with an underscore being placed ahead of the that first 'r'.

However, I'll check with the developers and if I learn anything, I'll pass it along.
