NX6 Annotation Preference

Trying to set a preference for having the default for dimensions to appear "Aligned" with leader/extension lines when ever I start a new drawing.

The current default is "Text over dimension line". I can change this in Preferences-> Annotation-> Dimensions, then the pull down menu on the left in the second row, for a given session. But would rather have it default to that everytime.

Under File-> Utilities-> Customer Defaults... there does not seem to be the option to set this default as I know this is where you go to set things up and retain changes between sessions.

Not sure if I am just not looking in the right place...

Setup up a new empty file the way you want it. Then save it as a Template for you startup. See the Help file on Templates.
