Is there a way to reduce the scale of the plot?
I want to reduce an E size plot to C size (.5 scale) and it does not look like there is a way to do it.

You should be able to under Plot -> Expand Actions -> Advanced Plot.

There under Print Setup, you can choose your paper size.
