NX7.5 - DIAMETER DIMENSION 1

Hi,
Please, have a look at the attached picture:
The diameter dimension I placed shows the real value of the tube, but it looks awful (the arrows of the Ø dimension do not touch the edge that has been selected)
How could I create this dimension in order to reflect the intended geometry?

When placing dimensions in non-orthographic views, or at least when dimensioning something like an arc which is not being seen normal to the plane of the view, you will need to move the origin of the dimension such that the arrows align with either the major or minor diameter of the displayed ellipse as I've done in the image below:

In your case it would appear that you need to move it to align with the MINOR diameter of the 'ellipse'.

This is the sort of situation where an auxiliary view might be called for.
