NX7.5 DIMENSION TO TEXT

I'm trying to make a thickness dimension that is 6.45 show 4 MIN instead.
Is this even possible in NX7.5? I feel like I've tried everything.
The attachment shows what I want it to look like vs. the actual dimension.

Yes,
1) Click on the third button mouse and select Edit Appendet Text
2) Select the dimension with first button mouse and type the text you want
3) Click on the view with second button mouse
