Hi,

How could I create a twist in Sheet Metal?
The attached file has a twist using other feature (for reference only).
I was wondering if this twist can be created in Sheet Metal.
There is an additional Tab that can be used by someone who can create the twist in Sheet Metal environment.

Thanks

A 'twisted' feature of this type is not currently supported using NX Sheet Metal. Your 'hybrid' model is about the best that you can do at this time, however, you worked way too hard to getting that result! See the modified model attached below where I used a single Surface Through Curves to accomplish what took SIX features to accomplish in your example.

Thanks a lot! A star for your fast reply!

As far as my very first request.......I was hopping that using Bend (twice) could bring me the Twist shape.......

I used curvature since I suspect that when forming a shape like this that the transition between the twisted and planar faces will be smoother than what a simple tangent condition would have brought you since the metal will tend to follow a more natural 'curve' where as a purely tangent condition is a man-made shape.
