Hi,
How many NX7.5 variation exist? What is the difference among them?

Not counting MP's (Maintenance Patches) there have been 4 MR's (Maintenance Releses) of NX 7.5 to date in addition to the initial full release. There is one more MR planned. A breakdown of that release history is shown below:

NX 7.5.0.32 (initial full release, May, 2010)

NX 7.5.1.5 (1st MR, with minor enhancements, August, 2010)

NX 7.5.2.5 (2nd MR, with minor enhancements, November, 2010)

NX 7.5.3.3 (3rd MR, with minor enhancements, March, 2011)

NX 7.5.4.4 (4th MR, no enhancements, June, 2011)

NX 7.5.5.x (5th MR, no planned enhancements, TBA)

There are currently NO plans for a NX 7.5.6.x release.
