nx9 help

hi all

justloaded 9 and we're experimenting with it. trying to understand NX9 help. I get that CAST has been phased out to memebership based training but what about the general documentation that explains various commands. if i go to launch the help it tries to initalize the online help and dies there. Am i missing something?

Are you sure the help files are installed?
They are a separate install from the main NX program.
