When creating a Circle in View, or a simple Section, the new view it creates will have a View Label underneath.
ie... "SECTION A-A"
To my understanding, the prefix "SECTION" is set in Drafting Preferences and the size of the text and font is tied into the standard lettering preferences when adding a note. My boss wants our standard lettering to be Leroy / 2.5, but he wants the labels to come out Poster / 5.0

Is this possible to set up so it comes out like this automatically?

Also, is it possible to set the A-A to a different Font or thickness from the SECTION?

In your drawing template part, set your default font to leroy with the desired settings. Add a note to the sheet, change the font to poster; the resulting note text will look something like: "<F4>TEST NOTE<F>". The <F> tag controls the font, the number tells it which font to use; in my case poster is font #4, it may be different for your file. In the drafting preferences, open the view -> section -> label settings; the label prefix option will say something like "SECTION". If you change the prefix text to "<F4><C2>SECTION<C><F>", the word "section" will use font #4 (poster in my example) and it will be twice the size of the normal text. The section letters will use the default font and the height will depend on the "character height factor" setting. If you want to use the poster font for the letters as well as the "section" text, leave the font tag open in the prefix option: "<F4><C2>SECTION<C>". This will apply the font selection to the letters as well as the "section" text.

Thanks Cowski

When I read that, I was hoping to record a journal and change those in Drafting Preferences and just add that code to an existing button. Unfortunately Journal doesnt seem to record the steps for those settings. I think it took the Character height change, but anything of what I place in the text for "SECTION" is ignored.

I have looked for the templates for new files before. For GM we always use a template called Non-Master-Model under a ME MODEL tab. I even asked someone in IT if they knew where these templates are stored but they dont know Unigraphics enough.

I saw someone place a path on here in the past where to look for them and I remember looking for them and couldnt find them. Any ideas where to look again?
