NXOpen - Viewport and UI not initializing correctly

I have an application which launches NX with an NXOpen .dll. When NX launches, the viewport only reaches about 2/3 of its normal size, as well as the rest of the UI not initializing. Is there any way in NXOpen to fully initialize the UI and viewport?

Do the NX dll's referenced in your code match exactly with the dll's used by your version of NX?

Try opening the log file after a partial launch (or send it to GTAC), there may be some clues in there.
