I'm planning to use a nylon 6.6 compression latch (with stainless steel shaft) to compress a filter access door on a duct.
Hydrogen sulfide gas flows at 30 ppm (room temperature) before being filtered by a scrubber down the line.
I've originally planning to use stainless steel latches but due to it's long time time and high cost, I'm thinking if Nylon 6.6 latch could be used as an alternative.
Any help on this is much appreciated.
Thank you.
