I have some problem for O-ring seal.
It used under condition syntetic oil and high temperature.I found it like a mud or soming like that.
my quesion is what happen ?

What grade of o' ring are you using, grade of oil and temperature? EPDM will disintergrate very quickly in oil. Viton can be used up to 180 Deg C max. Above that you will require Kalrez or Isolast.

I agree with DonBallantyne, it sounds like a compatability problem with the fluid and o-ring material.

go to parker.com click on o ring division

you can also visit simrit.com and find some tools about how to choose the proper material and design a adequate groove for your application. The small "mud" particles are burned oil parts "thanks" to very high tepmerature or an inadequate oil-quality or just simple dirth according to poorly flitered oil in the system.

Soory!! That I too late to reply.
I used it for Gas Turbine, material is Viton ,Temperatur about 180 C.

Viton will deteriorate because of alcohol based liquids.

For oil resistance at or above 180°C we've had excellent results with LSR silicone gaskets (FIPG). Try contacting the R&D guys at:

Good Luck!

Use a PTFE based seal with an metal spring energizer. PTFE is compatible with most chemical and has higher service temperature, up to 450F.

FEP (teflon encapsulated Viton) is better & cheeper solution for your problem

try this, good luck
