O-Ring Spec 1

Hi,

I am trying to find the most commonly used Quality specification for O-Rings relating to the oil industry. We supply downhole pressure containing equipments and work to API 5CT specification. Hoever i dont belive there is a specification for o-rings on that. But i did come across specifications for o-rings on the API 6A specification. can some confirm if this is the most acceptable and commonly used o-ring quality specification.
