Howdy all,

I'm trying to find information on 3ASPP-S-DT06 sleeves however I can find noting. I was thinking this was a typo and they meant 2ASP, but we've purchased these before and I can look at the trace on them back to Alcoa. Alcoa's website doesn't seem to recognize this P/N. Likewise for the S3S100-2C6-6 fasteners, These are swage Huck fasteners, but I can't find any information on them.

Could someone please point me in the correct direction to find information on these fasteners?

Thanks,

-Kirby

KW.. I have always hated these Huck ASP PNs for their apparent nonsense-complexity [same for their blind Bolts].

Have You tried calling for technical support??? Obscure PN TDS are often available when the tech support recognizes the PN/usage.

Alcoa [and Huck] fasteners and parts are now under Arconic... Americas and Asia/Pacific, Technical Support, 1 310 784 2652

I submitted web form questions, which usually gets me an answer, but not this time. I'll give them a call.

Thanks,

I HATE web-forms that say "You will receive a response shortly"... My *ss... I've submitted numerous forms and never received a non-canned response... or had a response two-to-four+ weeks later.

BS. I call and pester company tech support [better yet: engineering!] until I get my question resolved, one-way-or-the-other.

I found a resolution for the 3ASPP-S-DT6 sleeve issue. The 3ASP sleeves are protruding with a spherical surface for use with an NAS1288 washer so they are self-aligning.

KW.... good to hear You finally have clarity! As I indicated before, ASP PNs give me headaches.

Another fastener that I've struggled with is Taper-Lok [TL] pins, nuts [TLN] and drills [TLD].

Sorry for the late response on this, but I also heard back from Arconic about the S3S100-2C6-(). This is a 2024-T6 aluminum shear huckbolt stump with a minimum shear of 38 Ksi and a 100° CS head .060" deep . There is no direct replacement, but the closest modern fastener that was suggested was an LGPL4SCEB06 which is a 7050-T73 swage pin. (41/47 ksi shear).
