The NEC section 605.6 & 605.7 now requires multiwire branch circuits supplying the partition to be provided with a means to simultaneously disconnectall ungrounded conductors. This seems simple enough with 3 circuit furniture, just use a 3 pole breaker. But many manufacturers offer 4 circuit furniture and the other day I saw an offer for 6 circuit furniture. How should we deal with this? There are no 4 pole 208Y/120 volt circuit breakers that I know of (or 6 pole for that matter). What is anybody else doing?

The code sections in question do not require that a single device disconnect all of the ungrounded conductors that serve the patition. They only require that all of the ungrounded conductors of each multiwire branch circuit have a means of simultaneous disconnect. Also note that this section does not require the use of multipole breakers. Handle ties would be permitted and may be a better choice than a common trip breaker.
