As an industrial valve Manufacturer, my Company would be interested in a general database containing the names of all the Oil & Gas Projects worldwide... does such an animal exist?

The Energy Institute has an annual review of active and planned oil & gas field developments worldwide. I think they have a similar downstream review too, but I'm not sure.
